SOLWorld is a community of people involved in Solution Focused thinking and practice at work and in organisations. Its 10th annual conference will be held in Hungary, at the 4 star Anna Grand Hotel on the north shore of Lake Balaton.
150 practitioners from over 20 countries – leaders, managers, HR professionals, consultants, coaches and trainers – will come together for this exceptional opportunity to develop skills, expand thinking and share experiences.
Discovering Treasures in Organizations
The theme of the conference, Discovering Treasures, is dedicated to one of the cornerstones of Solution Focused thinking: one of the most powerful driving forces in change is the conscious reliance on what has already been working. Effective OD work, training and coaching stems from deliberate finding, reinforcing and amplifying what has already been working – the organization’s treasures.
How you will benefit

You will be able to see “solution focus at work” and have your questions answered directly by SF consultants and their clients.
